At Access Africa Couture, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our African-inspired fashion. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please note: Colors and fabrics may vary slightly in look and pattern from what is shown in photos, due to lighting, screen settings, and the unique nature of textile production.

Eligibility for Refunds

 Can I return my items?

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery

  • Must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Refund Processing and Shipping

How do refunds work?

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless item was incorrect or defective
